How to lighten up your garden

Geschreven door  op in The Mobile Life.

Isn’t Christmas great? Shiny lights in all the houses, bringing a bit of magic into your home. But why restrict it for that one December month? Let’s take a look at IKEA’s Eco-sensitive lights that work great in your garden for those late summer, spring or autumn evenings.

What makes these lights to great? First of all, they are charged by solar power by day, shining all night. The ambient light sensor inside the solar panel turns on the light as soon as it’s dark enough, without the need of any human intervention. And since it’s all LEDs and solar-powered batteries, there is no need for recharging of switching them off to save money on the energy bill.

The all-weather light string, consisting of 24 LEDs comes on at dusk and adds nice welcoming light accents wherever you hang it. The warm tint of the tiny bulbs is a great match for the blue dusk, and will shine all night. The attached solar panel can be attached to a dense plastic spike to tether it on the ground, or a wall-mount for well … wall-mounting. Inside there is a removable rechargeable battery. And all-weather is no lie, even the heaviest rainstorms can’t bring this little thing down. Set once, forget about it, and be amazed each night!

The LED solar-powered table lamp is an eye-catcher. Shining bright, courtesy of three bright LED’s, it will shine all night (12 hours on a full charge), and give a great warm flow over the area. With the attached handle you can hang it from a hook, or even turn it around at night for even more light. Oh, and did we mention it has smaller siblings as well?
